6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions cannot be used with other offers, must be entered at checkout, cannot be applied retrospectively, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Subscription Orders

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval unless paused, skipped, or cancelled before the next billing date.

8. Shipping

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. Change of Mind

Aevora Lab does not accept returns for used, opened, installed, or tested products. Unopened and unused eligible items may be returned per our Refund Policy.

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where relevant.

11. Warranty

Warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. Nothing here excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
