Shipping Policy

At Aevora Lab, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

1. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are processed on business days only.

2. Shipping Within Australia

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Standard Shipping approximately 3-7 business days; Express Shipping approximately 1-4 business days.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size and weight, and shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us at support@aevoralab.com.au with your order number and any relevant details.

8. Authority to Leave

If you authorise a parcel to be left unattended, you accept responsibility once delivered per your instructions.

9. Commercial Orders

Commercial scenting orders and bulk deliveries may be subject to separate freight arrangements.
